A membrane model mixture
A defined phospholipid, sphingolipid and sterol combination, including an uncommon component or a custom structural analogue.

Your components. Your ratios. Your experiment.
A research blend is a specification, not simply a collection of bottles. We discuss custom mixtures, matched comparison sets and the inclusion of hard-to-source components so that the preparation follows your study design.

Illustrative starting briefs. Each requires confirmation of the exact structure and feasibility.
A defined phospholipid, sphingolipid and sterol combination, including an uncommon component or a custom structural analogue.
Several blends in which one component or ratio changes while the rest of the specification stays fixed.
A requested set of lipid standards supplied together at individually specified concentrations for method development.
A 70:30 molar ratio and a 70:30 mass ratio are not interchangeable when the components have different molecular weights. State the basis and whether percentages refer to all components. Include salt forms or other details that affect the mass calculation.
A defined lipid blend does not necessarily mean a liposome, nanoparticle or other assembled formulation. Tell us whether you need constituent lipids mixed together or an additional preparation step. Any assembly or performance work requires an agreed scope.
Specify the amount per experiment and the number of replicates, then choose aliquots accordingly. Solvent compatibility, concentration, storage conditions and repeated opening should be discussed for the particular mixture. Supply is planned in screw-cap vials.

Yes. Include that component’s full structural specification and the amount needed in the final blend so synthesis and preparation can be considered together.
Yes. Send the components you know, identify the uncertain quantities and explain the study. The final recipe needs researcher approval before preparation.
